Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Kingdom Bread INC. as a Food and Beverage Services Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to customers, taking into account their dietary restrictions and preferences.
    • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customers have a positive dining experience, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, ensuring that all stock is up-to-date and accurate.
    • Perform sensory evaluation of wines to ensure that they meet the company's quality standards.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure that all orders are accurate and complete.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
    • Work under pressure to meet customer demands and deadlines.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Language
      • English.
    • Work Term
      • Permanent.
    • Hours
      • 40 hours per week.
