Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Interdisciplinary Health Care Team as a member of the Float Team, responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients through the hospital. As a clinical leader, you will work collaboratively with the IDHCT to develop and implement patient care plans, focusing on patient-centered care and exceptional outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require current certification as a Registered Nurse, BCLS certification, and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development. A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a medical/surgical environment is preferred, with previous experience in Telemetry/ICU/CCU Step Down or Coronary Care Unit being an asset. Excellent physical assessment skills, strong organization and prioritization skills, and demonstrated good attendance and performance records are essential.
