About the Role:

This exciting opportunity will see you take on a multifaceted role, contributing to various projects across Business Operations, IC/Innovation, and Sales/Growth functions. As a Strategic Business Operations Specialist, you'll work closely with internal colleagues and external partners to drive key deliverables, processes, and business enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will provide critical support to business leaders and team members, covering a wide range of projects in a fast-paced environment. Your tasks may vary from being a 'doer' to a 'reviewer', requiring you to be highly organized, agile, and open to pivoting between projects.
  • Ongoing management of our operating model, including data and technology support for current and future tools, templates, processes, and survey data.
  • Creation or transition of existing processes and tools to global platforms and/or Global Delivery Centres.
  • Collecting information/data from multiple sources to drive towards fully completed internal data, managing inquiries, and ensuring a strong follow-up process to meet deadlines.
  • Data analysis and reporting of key metrics within our internal tools and surveys.
  • Collaborating with Operations Leaders, Project Managers, other business analysts, global and local Leaders, and external vendors to determine the best ways to collect and refine data for client deliverables and surveys.
  • Familiarizing yourself with all aspects of the business to effectively manage financial items on a regular cadence (i.e., commissions, WIP, AR) and working with the Operations Leader and Finance team to create, execute, and manage a new process for revenue management.
  • Managing commercialization efforts.
  • Supporting the marketing strategy as needed by the IC and Innovation/Growth Leaders.
  • Ensuring CRM is current/accurate for prospects and clients.
  • Coordinating deliverables with Research IC Team.
  • Providing progress reporting on all projects to Team Leaders on a weekly basis, knowing when to escalate and ask for support.

Qualifications:

We're seeking an experienced professional with at least 10 years of experience in group insurance benefits, brokering, consulting, underwriting positions. You should possess advanced technology skills, financial acumen, and a strong sense of urgency.
