About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at Sher Electrical Service Ltd. as an Electrical Installation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install underground wiring and cables, splice, join and connect wires, and conduct preventive maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshooting and Fault Isolation: Troubleshoot and isolate faults in electrical systems and equipment.
  • Power Distribution: Connect power to audio and visual equipment.
  • Blueprint Reading and Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, judgement, organized, and team player.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
