**Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service:
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using computerized systems
- Reorder inventory as needed to ensure adequate stock levels
Additional Responsibilities:
- Advertise and promote products to increase sales
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Establish work schedules and conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas
Requirements:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience:
- & 1+ year of experience in retail sales or related field
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook
- Security clearance
