Job Title: Food Services Supervisor

Indian Masala Bistro is seeking a skilled Food Services Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports, keeping management informed of key performance indicators.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Physical stamina to work in a standing position for extended periods, with the ability to lift and move objects as needed.
