About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hare Foods Ltd. as a Team Lead. This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including training and development.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient workflow.
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Operations and Administration

Requirements
