About the RoleWe are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. You will also provide companionship and engage our clients in activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
Requirements- Diploma or certificate in a related field (e.g., gerontology, social work)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with elderly individuals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and flexibility
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. They will also be comfortable working in a home setting and have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
