Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at TSM Electric Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers and journals
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and other financial transactions
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare trial balances
  • Perform various accounting tasks, including depreciation and asset valuation
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in accounting or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
