As a New Home Journeyman Plumber, you will be responsible for installing gas lines and plumbing systems in new custom homes. Your day-to-day will involve reading blueprints, performing groundwork, and completing rough-ins according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install water lines, gas lines, hot water tanks, on-demand hot water units, hydronics, and boilers
  • Work Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
  • Meet the qualifications outlined below

Qualifications:

  • 3rd year, 4th year, or Journeyman certification
  • Journeyman certification
  • Experience in new home construction
  • In-depth knowledge about plumbing installation procedures, equipment, quality standards, and safety guidelines
  • Working knowledge of Alberta plumbing and gas codes as well as boiler and modern hydronic heating system installations
  • Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work
