Senior Technical Product Manager

N-able is seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Product Manager to spearhead the development of our product strategy and roadmap. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with UX, engineering, and other teams to execute on our strategy and drive product growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute product roadmaps to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and preferences
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions
  • Work with architecture and development teams to accelerate integration of partner products into our portfolio
  • Monitor and influence product revenue, retention, and support goals

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management of SaaS products with strong business acumen
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Strong technical background with demonstrated skills and experience with technical functions in the Application Management industry
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and self-discipline to work effectively in a high-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think and execute at both strategic and operational levels
  • Strong presentation, communication, coordination, analytical, and creative problem-solving expertise
