About the Role

As a Dining Room Crew Member with McDonald's Canada, you will be an integral part of our fast-paced and dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and processing payments in a timely and efficient manner.

You will also be responsible for preparing food and drinks, managing delivery and mobile orders, and assembling orders for take-out and delivery. Additionally, you will maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all surfaces to ensure a safe environment for our guests and fellow crew members.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of positions, including the kitchen, drive-thru, and front counter. You will be part of a dynamic team that works together to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Your Skills and Qualities

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should be trustworthy, have high standards for quality, and remain calm and composed in challenging situations.

Our estimated salary for this position is between $16.55 and $18.00 per hour, depending on location and experience. This figure reflects the standard rate for Dining Room Crew Members across Canada.
