Job Summary

A CNC Machinist at Inspiretci is responsible for setting up and operating equipment to manufacture component parts according to approved procedures. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to manufacture precision parts.
  • Train others in setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC equipment.
  • Clean, lubricate, and maintain machines, tooling, and equipment.
  • Establish and maintain training/operation documentation for CNC equipment.
  • Perform quality inspections of manufactured parts and make equipment adjustments as needed.
  • Read and interpret specifications, work orders, and reports to determine materials requirements and fabrication instructions.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) or three (3) years of experience in CNC machining and fabrication.
  • Good manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and organizational aptitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and take initiative to accomplish multiple tasks.
