Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipper-Receiver. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming goods, inspecting and verifying shipments, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Processing Incoming Goods: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify against invoices and other documents, and record discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure that goods are stored and retrieved efficiently.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensure that shipments are properly labeled and documented, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Database software, inventory control software, spreadsheet, MS Excel.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, accurate, dependable, organized, reliability, team player.
