Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team. As an Order Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and review customer orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Enter orders into the system promptly and accurately
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
  • Resolve any order discrepancies or issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized records of orders and customer information
Requirements
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-retention focused
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective prioritization, multi-tasking, and teamwork skills
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems a plus
