We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Support Professional to join our team at Doctor Brian Kelemen Dentistry Professional Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Procedure Preparation: Prepare patients for dental examinations, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout the process.
  • Supply Management: Order dental and office supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organized environment.
  • Instrument Preparation: Prepare dental instruments and filling materials, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform reception and clerical tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Instrument Maintenance: Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, promoting healthy habits and a positive patient experience.
  • Dental Procedures: Assist with dental procedures, including polishing teeth, applying fluoride and sealant, and taking X-rays.
  • Administrative Tasks: Record dental procedures, invoice patients, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
