Job Description

As a Financial Accountant Assistant at ACCEO Solutions Inc., you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization in the software industry. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Payable Accounts team in executing their tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify, prepare, and process invoices from suppliers in accordance with established procedures.
  • Verify and validate expense accounts.
  • Verify and reconcile supplier accounts with financial statements.
  • Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices.
  • Perform follow-ups and communicate with suppliers.
  • Prepare batches for payments.
  • Assist in managing shared email boxes. Treat, sort, and categorize received emails.
  • Maintain files and classify treated documents.
  • Support end-of-month, end-of-quarter, and end-of-year procedures.
  • Work closely with various business units and controllers.
  • Perform all other requested administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • College diploma in a technical field or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting software, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of Outlook.
  • General knowledge of accounting software and supplier modules.
  • Experience with an integrated ERP software, particularly Microsoft Dynamics D365 (Atout).
  • Experience working in a multi-divisional context (Atout).
  • Fluency in French and English.
