Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at OSMOWS Shawarma. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Hire and train food service staff, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and customer service.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
