Zendesk, a service-first CRM company, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics to join our Enterprise Data and Analytics team.

We're looking for a technical expert who can surface insights quickly and communicate them effectively to drive business decisions.

As a Senior Analyst, you'll work closely with leaders across various functions to identify research and analysis priorities, define problem statements, and explore data to understand customer behavior and product value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business partners to identify research and analysis priorities
  • Defining problem statements and exploring data to understand customer behavior and product value
  • Building business insights, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions
  • Partnering with data and analytics teams to drive standardization and consistency of product insights reporting
  • Mentoring and enabling team members and other users of the data

Requirements include:

  • 4+ years of experience working with SQL or other querying languages
  • Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar
  • Ability to turn data into actionable insights and visually engaging reports
