The Role
We are seeking an experienced Private Equity Professional to join our investment team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and assisting with deal execution. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate private equity investment opportunities through in-depth research and analysis
* Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial modeling and data analysis
* Assist with deal execution, including negotiation and closing
* Work closely with portfolio company management teams to drive growth and success

Requirements
* Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or management consulting
* 1-3 years of related work experience in private equity, investment banking, equity research, or restructuring
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication abilities and presentation skills
