Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Data Clerk Specialist to join our team at Ontario Inc.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for calculating fixed assets and depreciation, as well as preparing various financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare cheques for payroll and reconcile accounts
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and prepare related reports
  • Assist with the preparation of other financial reports, as required
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in a financial data clerk role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
