Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Greeting Card Merchandiser. As a key member of our Merchandising team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the greeting card departments within top Canadian Retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reorder merchandise and set up new and seasonal orders to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Utilize Carlton Cards' Best Practice techniques to maintain the greeting card department, including straightening products on display and reporting on returned products.
  • Work independently to complete service schedules and order processing in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborate with the Field Manager to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift boxes of product up to 40 pounds in weight.
  • Comfortable working while standing for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
