Server Team Member Job Summary

As a Server Team Member at Aspira Heatherwood Retirement Living, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences for our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service in our dining areas, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring resident satisfaction with every meal experience.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including washing dishes and maintaining a clean dining environment.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Meet sales targets by promoting a la carte and wine service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Grade 10 minimum education required.
  • Must have Smart Serve designation and one year experience in dining room service.
  • Proven customer service skills and excellent command of verbal and written English language.
  • Ability to work independently and/or as a member of a team.
  • Must successfully pass the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Safe Food Handling Certification.
