**Family Practice Physician Opportunity**
Island Health is seeking a family practice physician to join our team in a well-established family practice located in a new building. This is an excellent opportunity to form a group practice with other physicians in the same office.
**About the Practice**
The practice is equipped with MedAccess EMR and has a professional and long-serving MOA staff to provide support to physicians and patients. The practice is part of a Primary Care Network, offering additional supports to area clinics, including nursing in practice and a visiting pharmacist to cover polypharmacy concerns.
**Benefits**
As a family practice physician with Island Health, you may be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA), including:
- Recruitment Incentive = up to $10,000
- Relocation Costs Reimbursement – up to a maximum of $15,000
- Fee Premium – 7.98%
- Annual Flat Fee - $9,112
- Rural CME starting at $2,000/annum in years 3&4, then increasing to a maximum of $4,000 after 4 years in the community.
