  • We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Amplero Personalization Platform team.
About the Role

This is a key position within our development team, responsible for delivering scalable, high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in multiple programming languages including Java, Scala, Python and SQL, as well as experience with big data ETL pipelines, web application REST APIs and user interface development.

The successful candidate will be proficient in using Agile methodologies, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of an on-call rotation, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in daily standups, sprint grooming and effort estimation.
  • Provide production support during business hours as part of an on-call rotation.
  • Develop, implement and maintain best practices for code development, scaling, performance and testing.
  • Communicate complex technical implications and findings to peers and leadership.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Java and/or Scala experience, with a willingness to learn and master both.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience with core data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Spark on Databricks.
  • Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture and reusable UI components.

We offer a competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
