Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service by safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings.
  • Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless interactions with customers.
  • Assist with truck inspections and moving equipment inventory to maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection to ensure timely and efficient transactions.

Job Requirements:

  • A commitment to customer service excellence and exceeding customer expectations.
  • A positive attitude and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience in general labour, landscaping, construction, or warehouse environments is an asset.
  • The ability to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
  • Strong logic and mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers and decimals.
  • A valid Canadian driver's license and good driving record are essential.
  • Legally allowed to work in Canada.
