Job Description

The Senior HR Consultant, Strategy & Integration is responsible for driving operational excellence and process improvement, strategic project execution and change management, stakeholder communication and collaboration, and empowering teams through leadership and growth. This role involves conducting research on industry best practices, contributing to the development and implementation of policies that promote efficiency and effectiveness, and ensuring that proposed program changes are strategically assessed and proactive solutions are recommended.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct research on industry best practices to enhance service quality.
  2. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies that promote efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Evaluate the impact of proposed program changes on the organization.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to support employee adoption of process and policy changes.

Qualifications
  • Possess a strong background in project management and implementing change management plans.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have experience in resolving confidential issues and making independent decisions.
  • Hold a post-secondary education in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience in human resources.
  • Possess relevant professional designations such as CHRP/, CHRL, Project Management, or Change Management.
