Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Activities: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of warehouse operations.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse.
- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of 3-4 staff members.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels in the warehouse.
- Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Logistics Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and sit for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, analytical, and proactive.
