Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Nursing Home Setting

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Mount Nursing Care Inc. in a nursing home setting. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct specimen collection and monitor patients' progress
  • Ensure infection control and maintain a safe environment for residents
  • Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
  • Monitor patients' nutritional intake and record observations

Requirements:

  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check and immunization records
  • Tuberculosis test and vulnerable sector check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
