Hotel Housekeeping Role

The Coast Hotels Housekeeping Team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Room Attendant. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily room inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
• Follow Coast Hotels' procedures for cleaning and preparing guest rooms
• Restock linens, amenities, and supplies as needed
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Executive Housekeeper
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role or in a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 40 pounds)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
