CN Produce Inc is seeking a skilled Crop Harvesting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective harvesting of our crops.

• Apply the technique of hoeing between rows to maintain crop health and prevent weeds from competing with our crops for water and nutrients.
• Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, color, and volume to maximize market value.
• Hand harvest vegetables and other crops, ensuring high-quality produce is collected and prepared for market.
• Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
• Weeding and cleaning the work area to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry as needed.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
• Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
