Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.">
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies to achieve optimal functional independence and speech and language performance.">
  • Collaborate with interprofessional care teams to ensure seamless quality patient care.">
  • Maintain accurate records and compile statistics on workload activities.">

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.">
  • Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Broad knowledge of other health care professions and their role in patient care.">
