We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Funds Advisor Assistant to join our dynamic team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and operational support to our Investment Advisors, ensuring seamless client experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with administrative tasks, including report generation, trade verification, and discrepancy resolution.
- Support client trades and respond to inquiries via email or phone.
- Prepare and assist clients with forms and website access.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client records.
- Coordinate annual reviews with clients and prepare portfolio information for meetings.
- Update client files in our contact management system and perform research as needed.
- Prepare client asset mix analysis and trades for portfolio rebalancing.
- Collaborate with advisors to prepare and send investment policy statements to clients.
- Work with our Estate Department to process estate packages, prepare forms, and follow up on required documents.
- Completion of Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and a minimum of 1 year of licensure.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in the investment industry.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
