Lightspeed is seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Global Revenue Operation Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing operational data to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business problems into structured quantitative problems
  • Develop clear and insightful reports to improve Go-to-Market performance
  • Collaborate with functional departments to derive business insights and present recommendations through compelling data stories
  • Ensure data integrity and implement corrective measures as needed
  • Design and develop accurate and relevant Go-to-market datasets, reports, and analyses
  • Communicate findings and key messages to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into data requirements
  • Experience with Looker or other BI tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to drive cross-functional outcomes and work with diverse stakeholders
  • Distinctive analytical skills and passion for data-driven analysis
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Finance, Business Technology Management, or Statistics
