About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team at White Spot. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting our signature dishes to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including breakfast items, to a high standard
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to achieve seamless service and high-quality dishes
Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, preferably in a breakfast role
- Food Safe level 1 accreditation or willingness to obtain
- High energy levels and ability to work at a fast pace
