As a Senior Manager in this team, you will play a critical role in the ongoing development of TELUS' business innovation focused on becoming a trusted partner to the business. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that enable business ambitions and enhance data privacy.
You will be responsible for executing strategic data initiatives by becoming a trusted partner to business units in deploying technology responsibly and ethically. This includes developing processes that standardize consent best practices and supporting an agile development methodology.
Your success will be measured by your ability to influence and negotiate effectively, to be a persuasive advocate, and known for your conflict resolution skills with a focus on win-win solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes for customers and the business in a highly complex stakeholder environment.
- Knowledge and expertise in applying privacy laws, guidance, and best practices.
