Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a Field and Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications in specialty clinics and physician partnership settings, assessing and monitoring patients, and providing education to patients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications in specialty clinics and physician partnership settings.
  • Assess and monitor patients, including pre and post-injection/infusion treatments.
  • Provide education to patients and caregivers on product monographs and program protocols.
  • Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in team web-based meetings and training sessions to maintain and enhance professional practice standards.
  • Adhere to professional nursing standards and Innomar policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current registration with a licensing body.
  • 1 year experience in IV initiation and infusion therapy.
  • Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care inpatient/outpatient, or homecare settings.
  • ACLS, PALs, MS, and CVAA certification, and central venous lines/port experience are considered assets.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work autonomously.
