Assistant Craftsperson

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at B.C. in a key role that supports our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials as required.
• Perform pre-operational inspection to ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse.
• Perform routine maintenance work to ensure equipment is in good working order.

Work Environment:

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
