Job OverviewThis role involves validating client details according to product and regulatory requirements, conducting due diligence to identify potential risks, and managing Not Taken Up (NTU) clients. You will gain insight into client risk profiles, apply product knowledge to guide clients through policy cancellations, and provide alternative options.
We are seeking an expert who can remain up-to-date with compliance and quality standards, identify risks, and flag potentially fraudulent activities. The ideal candidate will log all activities as per regulations and provide data to relevant stakeholders for reporting and decision-making purposes.
You will be responsible for daily activity reporting using relevant technology platforms, collating data to deliver weekly and monthly reporting deadlines, and having knowledge of the Insurance landscape, including regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate client details in line with product and regulatory requirements
- Conduct due diligence on clients to identify and flag risks
- Manage and report on NTUs by putting controls in place, and taking corrective actions where required
- Gain insight into client risk profiles to proactively identify where support will be required
- Apply product knowledge to accurately guide clients through policy cancellations and provide alternative options
- Raise awareness among team members about compliance and quality standards
- Identify risks and flag potentially fraudulent activities
- Log all activities as per regulations and standard operating procedures
- Provide data to relevant stakeholders to inform reporting and decision making
Requirements:
- A strong communicator (verbally and in writing)
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge on the Insurance landscape, including regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Class of Business training (to be completed within 12 months of employment)

Estimated Salary Range:N$250,000 - N$400,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
