Agricultural Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Specialist to join our team at ALTERNATIVE MED CANADA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop farming, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural practices and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops
  • Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
  • Monitor crop health and take corrective action as necessary
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and repair
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve agricultural goals
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of experience in crop farming
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced agricultural environment with a focus on crop farming. The work site will be located on a rural farm with a variety of crops and livestock. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and be willing to learn new skills.
