We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to join our team at RealHomes Management Corporation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our apartment/condominium complex and commercial building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair

Requirements
  • Experience in maintenance or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
  • Physical ability to handle heavy loads and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling
