About the Role

Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. is seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer to join our Route 53 team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our global-scale infrastructure using code.

We are looking for an exceptional engineer with a strong passion for solving challenging technical problems. Your primary responsibilities will include developing new services and features, designing systems, addressing availability, performance, and capacity issues, and helping us operate our global service.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000 CAD, plus benefits and bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan.
