We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc. as a Business Systems Analyst - Adobe Marketing Platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements from internal and external partners for onboarding and operationalizing Adobe marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Elicit and document business requirements from internal and external partners for onboarding and operationalizing Adobe marketing platforms.
- Map business processes and roles to activities, including workflow diagrams and RACI matrices.
- Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Support change management for marketing platforms.
- Support user provisioning and management.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- 5+ years' experience with onboarding and operationalizing SAAS platforms.
- 3+ years' experience with system security requirements.
- 1+ years' experience working with Adobe Experience Platform.
- 2+ years' experience working with customer data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Braze).
- Experience working with Adobe Marketing platforms (specifically Adobe Customer data platform & Adobe Journey Manager).
- Experience with microapps and Microservices architecture.
- Experience with WebServices- RESTFUL / SOAP (JSON)- OpenAPI, databases (SQL, NoSQL), Kubernetes, Google Cloud platforms and OAuth2.0.
- Demonstrated expertise in system and platform security requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Stakeholder management skills.
