Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration with the provincial or territorial nursing regulatory body.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a long-term care setting, preferably with geriatric patients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
