Dining Room Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dining Room Ambassador to join our team at Alberta Ltd. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This includes greeting customers, assigning tables, receiving payments, and addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with our chefs, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and delivery of our menu items. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

• Diploma equivalent required (Secondary school graduation certificate)
• No prior experience necessary as comprehensive training will be provided

This is a standing position requiring extended periods of time on your feet. You must also be able to walk and work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a standard 36-40 hour workweek with opportunities for overtime and career growth within the company.
