About the Role

In this dynamic role as a Food Service Team Member, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our team. As a member of our Dairy Queen Charlottetown team, you will be responsible for clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs, packaging take-out food, portioning and wrapping foods, preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items, serving customers at counters or buffet tables, stocking refrigerators and salad bars, taking customers' orders, and removing kitchen garbage and trash.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs efficiently
  • Packaging take-out food with care and attention to detail
  • Portion and wrap foods accurately and neatly
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Serve customers promptly and professionally at counters or buffet tables
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently
