About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Marshal Stucco and Construction Ltd. as a key member of our construction operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Framing and Erection: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Demolition: Assist in demolishing buildings and structures.
  • Cleaning and Salvaging: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various locations, often at heights, in noisy and dusty environments.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential.
Benefits
