Clinical Chiropractic Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Chiropractic Specialist to join our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Blackburn & Taylor Kidd in Kingston, Ontario. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who have sustained complex work-related and other injuries.

Salary and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we offer paid vacation and wellness days, an employee share ownership plan, and a 30% discount at Shoppers Drug Mart.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex clinical assessments and implementing active treatment plans for clients. This includes regular communication with external stakeholders and healthcare teams, working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals, and attending weekly case conferences with the interdisciplinary team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have registration with the provincial College of Chiropractors and experience treating clients in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and prior experience with WSIB, MVA, insurance-funded cases, and occupational rehabilitation is an asset. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others are essential.
Responsibilities
- Performing complex clinical assessments and implementation of active treatment plans for clients
- Regular communication with external stakeholders and healthcare teams in both the clinical setting and with hospital partners
- Working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals at your clinic and liaise with orthopedic surgeons and other physician specialists to rehabilitate individuals who have sustained complex work-related and other injuries
- Attendance and participation in weekly case conferences with the interdisciplinary team
- Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress and contribute to regular team reporting
