Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Processing Labourer to join our team at Brave & Young Distributors Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food processing lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials to and from production areas.
  • Measure and feed ingredients into mixing and grinding machines to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Operate forming machines to construct containers and remove filled containers from conveyors.
  • Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Feed and unload processing machines to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Conduct quality checks on products and packaging to identify and address any defects.
  • Clean and maintain production equipment and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work at heights.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The working language is English, and the work environment is a warehouse setting with production lines.
