Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineering Technician to join our team at Ontario Inc. As an Industrial Engineering Technician, you will play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving productivity, and ensuring the highest level of quality.

About the Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing production, inventory, and quality assurance programs
  • Designing plant layouts and production facilities to maximize efficiency
  • Conducting work measurement and other studies to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and carrying out health, safety, and fire prevention plans
  • Providing safety training to employees
  • Creating computer applications for machines and processes
  • Collecting and analyzing data to inform business decisions
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • College or CEGEP education in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
